Board Members of National Biscuit Industries LTD SAOG met on 18/10/2015 and decided to merge A’Nabil Food Industry Company LLC with National Biscuit Industries LTD SAOG ) which holds 98% of its shares in A’Nabil Food Industry company LLC) and to call for Extra Ordinary General Meeting to get approval from the shareholders for the said Merger , subject to the regulatory approval .
